a. Customer Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and by email.
Refund eligibility is based on the notice time and service booked.
Transportation expenses are refundable 24 hours before pickup time.
Certain services, including as attraction tickets, activity tickets, and theme and waterpark tickets, may not be refundable or have cancellation fees.
b. Company Cancellations
We have the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, poor attendance, or force majeure occurrences.
In such circumstances, consumers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
